BUYERS REPRESENTATIVE
In the role of your Buyer's Representative, I am dedicated to streamlining and enhancing the house hunting experience beyond what you could achieve independently.
What to Expect:
- Know What You Can Afford
Your first step is to understand what you can realistically afford. This includes more than just the down payment and monthly mortgage — consider homeowners association (HOA) fees, maintenance costs, property taxes, and private mortgage insurance (PMI), if applicable.
- Be honest with yourself
How much you are both willing and able to spend. Just because you can afford a certain amount doesn’t mean you should — the goal is to find a home that fits your lifestyle without becoming "house poor."
- Getting pre-approved
(or at least prequalified) for a mortgage before you start shopping will give you a clear budget and show sellers that you’re a serious buyer.
- Timing Matters
If you're on a tight timeline, let me know right away so we can fast-track the search. If you’ve got more flexibility, I’ll tailor the process differently — sending you carefully selected listings that match your exact wish list and working diligently to find the perfect fit.
